Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the resort was quite disappointing overall. While the beds were comfortable and the pool area offered a warm and relaxing ambiance, the property itself is in dire need of updates. Additionally, the dining experience fell short of expectations, especially considering the prices. With insufficient food options that were overly pricey, I would suggest exploring dining options outside the resort for a better experience.
We had a lovely Christmas getaway in the Canadian Rockies with stunning views and beautiful drives. The food at the resort was excellent, but we were disappointed with the lack of snow and the late opening of the ski hill. Our lodge accommodations were average, and we experienced some altitude sickness during our stay. Overall, it was a nice trip, but there are areas for improvement in the lodge's room quality and amenities.
The resort offers a great atmosphere for relaxation with numerous activities and a fantastic pool experience. However, during our visit, the crowds made it challenging to find quiet spots. The food options at the restaurants were decent, but not outstanding, and there were some concerns about cleanliness in certain areas. Overall, it’s a nice place to chill if you’re okay with kids running around.
My stay at this resort was quite the experience! The scenery is absolutely stunning, set against the Rockies, and the hot mineral pools are a wonderful way to relax. Rooms, while spacious and comfortable, could use some updates and dusting. Dining options had improved, but prices felt steep for the quality. Overall, it's a charming place but could benefit from a little more attention to detail in some areas.
I had mixed feelings about my stay. The cabana rental was quite disappointing, particularly with the lack of service and setup. While the views were beautiful and the resort has potential, the customer service left a lot to be desired. It's a nice place for a getaway, but be prepared for some frustrations with amenities and prices.
