My stay at the resort was quite disappointing overall. While the beds were comfortable and the pool area offered a warm and relaxing ambiance, the property itself is in dire need of updates. Additionally, the dining experience fell short of expectations, especially considering the prices. With insufficient food options that were overly pricey, I would suggest exploring dining options outside the resort for a better experience.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were older and lacked modern updates, yet the beds were comfortable, which was a plus.
Service
5.0
The service was rushed, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to a lack of proper attention to guests.
Location
7.0
The resort is conveniently located, but given the renovations, accessing certain amenities can be a hassle.
Dining

The food was overpriced and portions were small, which was disappointing for the price.
Facilities

The pools need repair and the lack of clean beach towels added to the frustration during our stay.

7.2/10

We had a lovely Christmas getaway in the Canadian Rockies with stunning views and beautiful drives. The food at the resort was excellent, but we were disappointed with the lack of snow and the late opening of the ski hill. Our lodge accommodations were average, and we experienced some altitude sickness during our stay. Overall, it was a nice trip, but there are areas for improvement in the lodge's room quality and amenities.

Rooms
6.0
The room felt a bit dated and not very cozy. Although it had clean sheets, I was disappointed there was only a queen bed, forcing me to use the pull-out sofa.
Service
7.0
The service was decent, but it could be better in addressing guests' needs. We didn’t interact much since we weren't there for spa treatments.
Location
9.0
Situated in the breathtaking Canadian Rockies, the location was stunning, though we faced warm weather that resulted in no snow at the resort.
Dining
8.0
The food at the resort was quite good, especially the dinner options we pre-ordered, ensuring we had a delicious Christmas feast ready.
Facilities
6.0
The lodge facilities were satisfactory but felt like they needed an update. We didn’t use the spa, as that wasn’t our focus for the trip.

7.0/10

The resort offers a great atmosphere for relaxation with numerous activities and a fantastic pool experience. However, during our visit, the crowds made it challenging to find quiet spots. The food options at the restaurants were decent, but not outstanding, and there were some concerns about cleanliness in certain areas. Overall, it’s a nice place to chill if you’re okay with kids running around.

Rooms
6.0
The room we stayed in was quite large and gave us privacy, although it did have a musty smell and some cracks in the ceiling, indicating it's in need of a refresh.
Service
7.0
The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, but I felt they could have been a bit more informative when we had questions.
Location
9.0
The resort's grounds are beautifully landscaped with lovely floral arrangements and provide stunning views of the surrounding mountains, making it a pleasant place to walk around.
Dining
6.0
The food was decent across various restaurants, but some meals lacked quality, like the breakfast I tried which felt overcooked and overpriced.
Facilities
7.0
They have a wide range of facilities, including multiple pools and recreational activities, but the overcrowding made some experiences less enjoyable.

My stay at this resort was quite the experience! The scenery is absolutely stunning, set against the Rockies, and the hot mineral pools are a wonderful way to relax. Rooms, while spacious and comfortable, could use some updates and dusting. Dining options had improved, but prices felt steep for the quality. Overall, it's a charming place but could benefit from a little more attention to detail in some areas.

I had mixed feelings about my stay. The cabana rental was quite disappointing, particularly with the lack of service and setup. While the views were beautiful and the resort has potential, the customer service left a lot to be desired. It's a nice place for a getaway, but be prepared for some frustrations with amenities and prices.

Rooms

The room was okay but definitely felt dated, with some cracks in the ceiling and a musty smell. It was adequate for our needs but could use a refresh.
Service
5.0
Service varied throughout my stay. The entrance staff were less than accommodating, and there seemed to be a lack of overall assistance in the cabana area.
Location
8.0
The location was lovely with beautiful views all around. It was nice to be surrounded by nature, although it felt a bit remote.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were just okay. I found the prices to be on the high side for the quality of food presented.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities, particularly the cabana rentals, were underwhelming. Although there are nice aspects to the resort's layout, improvements are definitely needed.
